Mount Healing will only exchange or replace a product purchased from mounthealing.com if:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product was received in damaged condition
The product seal or packaging was opened prior to delivery
The product shows visible damage upon arrival

Note: All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
Non-Eligibility Criteria
Mount Healing will not be responsible for refunds or exchanges if:
The customer simply does not like the product but it was accurately described and delivered
The order was placed incorrectly by the customer
However, we will do our best to assist customers with exchanges when possible.
Eligibility Criteria
Refunds will be processed if Mount Healing is unable to deliver the purchased product within the promised timeframe, excluding delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds or replacements may also be issued if the product:

Does not meet listed specifications
Is incorrect or a substitute product
In such cases, customers may request a replacement or refund after mutual agreement between Mount Healing and the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled anytime before they are dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is received and inspected, the cancellation will be processed accordingly.
